Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your access to VioMuse, including accounts, subscriptions, AI features, generated content, Library records, Routines, and files.

Last updated: May 21, 2026

1. Who we are

VioMuse is operated by V20X. You can contact us at support@viomuse.com.

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or using VioMuse, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use VioMuse. If you are 13 to 17, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before signing up or using the service.

You are responsible for making sure your use of VioMuse is lawful in your location and appropriate for your circumstances.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access secure.
  • You must not share your account with others or use another person's account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for VioMuse.

4. VioMuse features

VioMuse provides AI chat, sidekick personalization, Library records, Routines, reminders, generated images, file generation, uploads, transcription, web-aware responses, and related tools. Features may change as the product evolves.

Routines are user-configured or sidekick-assisted instructions that can run on demand or on a schedule. You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and maintaining Routines before relying on their outputs.

5. Trials, subscriptions, and read-only mode

  • New users may receive a 7-day Pro trial with Pro plan limits before a paid plan is required.
  • Paid plans, prices, usage allowances, and feature limits are shown in the app.
  • Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions, invoices, and payment methods.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings or the Stripe customer portal.
  • If your Pro trial ends or your plan is inactive, your account may enter read-only mode. In read-only mode, chat, Routines, and image creation are paused, but you can review existing chats, Library records, images, and settings.
  • We may apply fair-use, rate, safety, and cost controls to protect VioMuse and maintain service quality.

6. AI output and reliance

VioMuse uses AI systems. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. You should review important outputs before relying on them.

VioMuse is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not rely on VioMuse as your sole source for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.

7. Your content and generated content

You keep ownership of content you provide to VioMuse, subject to any rights you grant us to operate the service. This includes prompts, messages, uploads, Library records, Routine instructions, profile details, and other materials you submit.

As between you and VioMuse, you may use AI-generated output from your account for your personal or business purposes, subject to these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, and provider rules.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload or process any content you provide, including images, audio, documents, personal data, copyrighted materials, and third-party information.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use VioMuse to:

  • Break the law, infringe rights, or facilitate illegal activity.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, abuse, or harm others.
  • Create or request sexual content involving minors or non-consensual sexual content.
  • Create nude, sexually explicit, exploitative, or abusive images.
  • Upload content you do not have permission to use.
  • Bypass safety, usage, access, billing, or security controls.
  • Interfere with VioMuse, scrape it at scale, reverse engineer it, or overload its systems.
  • Use VioMuse to make automated decisions about people without appropriate legal basis and human review.

9. Generated images, files, and uploads

Image generation and file features are provided for lawful, appropriate, and non-abusive use. We may block, refuse, remove, or limit requests that violate our safety rules, provider policies, or these Terms.

If you ask VioMuse to create downloadable files, you are responsible for reviewing them for accuracy, safety, and suitability before using or sharing them.

10. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep VioMuse useful and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be delayed, unavailable, rate-limited, modified, or discontinued. Scheduled Routines and reminders may fail, run late, or produce imperfect results, so do not rely on them for emergencies or critical deadlines.

11. Third-party services

VioMuse relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, payments, AI models, image generation, memory infrastructure, and other services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply to the parts of the service they provide.

12. Termination

You may stop using VioMuse at any time. You can cancel your subscription through Settings and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service, or fail to pay applicable charges.

13. Disclaimers and liability

VioMuse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, V20X will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of VioMuse.

14. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location. If a local law gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights continue to apply.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as VioMuse changes. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the app, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use of VioMuse after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
